How do Deliveries work at Logic Group

How does logicgroup.com Delivery work?

We do direct delivery within Dhaka city by our own people free of cost and we deliver outside Dhaka City free of cost by Sundarban Courier or SA poribohon courier service!

Deliveries work differently depending on where you want the item to be delivered and we help to get faster delivery.

logicgroup.com Office Pickup

If you order any product and want to pick up from our office, then you can do that but we request you to call our Hotline- +88-02-223365290 to confirm the stock. Once we confirm you can pick up your order from logicgroup.com's offices between 10 AM to 6 PM, Everyday.

How long will my delivery take?

Delivery timeframes depend on where you want the item to be delivered. Here is some timing for your kind reference-

Inside Dhaka
In general, we do deliver the next day after confirmation. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 2 to 3 working days or more in that case we will update by email or over the phone call.

Outside Dhaka/ Whole Bangladesh
We deliver to all major cities across the country via Different Courier Services, an estimated delivery date is provided when your checkout. Most national orders are delivered in 2 to 5 business days. In exceptional cases, it can take more time but don’t worry we will keep you posted from time to time to give you the best possible schedule time to deliver the item.

Note Most of our products we keep in stock and we usually dispatched on the same day [if the order is placed the order and get confirmed before 5 PM]. If an order is placed after 5 pm, it will usually be dispatched the next day.

Can I pick up my items?

Yes, you can but you will need to place the order online and confirm with us the stock availability before visiting our office.

How do I track my order?

We'll send you an email as soon as your order has been confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse and generally, we do it on the same day if you placed an order before 5 PM. Where required, your email or SMS may include a tracking number.
